Kitchen is outfitted with everything you may need for your stay up to including pots and pans, coffee machine and espresso machine.brbrBeach toys, towels, chairs and umbrellas on site for your use if needed. USE OF BOAT LIFT IS AVAILABLE AT ADDITIONAL FEE. Community has private boat launch marina and storage for your trailer will be available at an additional fee at several nearby marinas but will be your own responsibility. There are three fishing rods on the property for your use to fish right off the back of the house.brbrThe house is located across the street from the beach. You can take your car, or walk over and/or utilize the underground cross-walk. The Jensen Beach Surf Bungalow is the ideal spot for a relaxing family getaway at the beach. br The fully equipped kitchen features a well-stocked coffee bar; including, a Keurig coffee maker, K- cups, tea, hot cocoa, cream and sugar. Ceramic mugs as well as disposable cups are provided for your coffee needs. We also have a high-powered blender, an electric kettle, a microwave, and a toaster.br The living room has a 50 Roku TV, to watch your favorite shows on Netflix, Hulu, and more (subscriptions not provided). A DVD player, as well as a large DVD library, is available for guests' enjoyment.br The Bungalow is minutes from downtown Jensen Beach.
