The house stays cozy with heating and cool with air conditioning, making it a nice retreat no matter the season. An iron is also available to keep your wardrobe fresh. Whether relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, guests find this delightful home a perfect base for their getaway. There are nearby grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay.brbrAs you enter the home, the first floor brings you into a beautifully decorated living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave and a single cup/pot coffeemaker. This access is tucked in a residential area off 30A but has a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access entry. This one is also great to drive, drop off your gear (and kids!) and then have someone park and join you after. br - Walton Dunes – (7 min drive, or quick golf cart/bike ride) An easier entry as it has no boardwalk or steps, and you can walk from the road directly onto the beach. This is another good option for dropping off passengers and gear before parking in the nearby lot. There are plenty of bicycle racks at the access should you decide to ride bikes. The boardwalk here is lengthy (about a quarter mile), There is a $3 entry fee per vehicle that can be paid with cash on site or can also be reserved in advance. br - Gulf Lakes Beach Access: Best for bike rides to the beach and is a 7 minute ride East on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. There are newly placed No Parking signs on the South shoulder that prohibit parking golf carts on the South shoulder directly next to the Gulf Lakes Access and Pelican Circle community all the way to Camp Creek Lake. br - Seabreeze Beach Access: Right past Gulf Lakes Access and is another option with available North side 30A shoulder parking slightly closer to its entry. You can park and use the nearby crosswalk to crossover 30A directly to the access entry. br- Walton Dunes Beach Access: 10 min. golf cart ride West on 30A from Prominence. If you don't feel like paying the $3 at Deer Lake, then this is our favorite beach. This access is tucked in a residential area off 30A but has a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access entry. Walton Dunes is an easier entry as it has no boardwalk or steps, and you can walk from the road directly onto the beach. This is a good option for dropping off passengers and gear then parking in the nearby lot. The parking lot is limited, so getting here early is suggested. The natural vegetation and large lot afford guests a private, quiet setting, just a short walk to the beach. The amenities of Rosemary Beach -- shopping, dining, and people watching -- are one block away. brbrPet Policy - one dog considered, no cats: brWe love dogs -- and we would like to welcome yours , as well, provided it meets our requirements. We must approve your dog in advance; it must be at least two years old, with a weight limit of 40 pounds, and be non-shedding or very light-shedding. Not all breeds are allowed. Large windows on the south side of our home frame guests' views of the sunrise through the branches of sand pines and live oaks. The first floor has queen sized bed with a Tempur-Pedic topper on a Sleepwell brand firm mattress. This mistress suite has a walk-in indoor/outdoor wet room and shower with a European style soaking tub. brbrThe guest room/yoga studio, accessible by a spiral staircase, has a full bath (walk-in shower) and doubles as a yoga studio or meditation room. Guests enjoy private access to the sunset deck, with treetop views toward the Gulf (a block away) and glimpses of emerald water. What a terrific spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail! The guest room features a West Elm mid-century futon. When converted to a bed, the futon, with quilted topper, is the length of a queen bed and a few inches narrower than a full; as such, it is best for one large adult or two small adults or teens. For folks who are used to a queen or king size bed, it may feel cramped. The guest room does not have a door at the top of the spiral staircase, in keeping with the loft-style open floor plan of our home.brbrIn addition to the eat-in kitchen, Inlet Beach House has a screened dining porch on the first level and a large patio with a gas grill. For beach goers, we provide a beach wagon and beach towels. Numerous local vendors (easily found with a Google search or at 30A.com) will deliver and set up lounge chairs and/or umbrellas on the beach, a convenient option for guests. During the summer months, you can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach at the Wall Street Access, just around the corner from our house (credit cards only). Bike rentals are available as well in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, and all along State Highway 30-A.
