Welcome to “Shore Beats Work” - your 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home in Inlet Beach

LOCATION:

“Shore Beats Work” is located in the beautiful Grande Pointe neighborhood - a prime location, less than a mile from the renowned 30A corridor and within easy reach of the beach. Discover the trails and history of Camp Helen State Park which boarders the community, and enjoy Lake Powell from the communitydock and pool. You'll find both the tranquility of the surroundings and the convenience of nearby amenities. The upscale shopping and dining at 30Avenue are within close proximity, while familiar grocery stores and entertainment options at Pier Park are just a short drive away. The Panama City Airport (ECP) is only a 20-minute drive from the property. The newly-constructed underpass at the corner of the 30A and Highway 98 has now officially opened, allowing easy bike/pedestrian access to the beach.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:

With over 3,000 sq. ft of living space, the home's layout is thoughtfully and spaciously distributed. The first floor bunk room is found at the rear of the home, featuring a private entrance to the backyard area. It also boasts a comfortable living room-style space with two flat-screen TVs and a seating area ideal for board games. A full bathroom (with a shower/tub combo) is conveniently located in the hall, allowing younger guests to have their own space without needing to venture upstairs.

The second floor's clean and bright living room space offers comfortable couches and chairs for the entire group, accompanied by a large smart TV as well as access to the fully screened-in 2nd floor balcony. The living room flows into the dining and kitchen area, which is equipped with top-of-the-line fixtures and appliances, including a stainless steel fridge/freezer, five-burner gas range, dishwasher, microwave, dual coffee maker, oven, toaster, and blender. All your culinary needs are catered for with a comprehensive selection of cookware, bakeware, and crockery. The dining area comfortably seats eight, accompanied by the kitchen island nook that also provides for seating for two.

Just off from the kitchen is the powder room and a large laundry room, equipped with a full-size washer and dryer along with plenty of cupboard space.

The third floor hosts the main sleeping area, comprised of three private bedrooms - a large owner suite with a king bed and private en suite with a walk-in shower and separate bathtub, another full-size king bedroom, as well as a queen bedroom with desk space for remote work. The third floor hallway bathroom across the landing comes with a shower/tub combo.

The backyard area includes a large built-in fire pit, as well as a gas grill and outdoor seating.

The home comes with four adult bikes, beach gear, a stroller, towels (excluding beach towels), fresh linens, cutlery, cooking utensils, and a private driveway and garage that together can accommodate up to three cars.

This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.

Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay.     I took my daughter and six of her friends as a graduation gift from her grandparents. They had a BLAST! The home was clean, beautiful, the aesthetics were perfect, and there was room for everyone. The master bedroom was the PERFECT escape when I needed a break. The home had everything we needed, and things we didn't know we would. The neighborhood was quiet, and most locations we wanted to visit were pretty close. We really enjoyed the home and look forward to the opportunity to visit it again! ♥♥♥

    The home is centrally located to hop on bikes and get to various restaurants, shops and the beach! For our group to go to the beach together (6 adults and 1 kid) we were able to drive across the street and park in 5 minutes. The home had plenty of space for all adults to lounge, sleep and relax. The amenities in the home were also very well appointed, soap, towels, laundry detergent, bikes, beach gear, cooking needs were also covered for us to have breakfast together in the morning. The house had a firepit, neat feature for the cooler nights we stayed. Overall I'd definitely come back to rent this house, the neighborhood was quiet and felt like a home away from home.

    YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. This is our 3rd visit to the 30A area and this by far is the nicest home we've stayed in. The 3 floors were wonderful if you're a large family. The bunkroom has built in lights and charging ports for EACH BED. My kids LOVED this feature. Each floor has its own bathroom, which was excellent. The mattresses were so comfortable we are looking into replacing ours at home. We used the fire pit and the grill almost every night. The kitchen is a DREAM and everything you could need is there. It was so lovely that we cooked every night! You do have to cross the highway so if you have little people and were planning on not using vehicles or biking keep that in mind. The garage was STOCKED with everything needed for the beach. Ice chests, floats, chairs etc. So, we drove the 2-minute drive to Inlet beach to carry it all. Make sure you soak it all in in the giant garden tub. Convenient to all of 30 A and PCB as well. I could write a page review on this lovely home.
