Magnificent property that feels nice a relaxed and away from the histle and bustle while positioned right in the heart of it all. Very large and spacious and well appointed. Beautiful design and flow.Rules and labeling is thorough but works to keep the space nice and perfect. Will return for sure.

Perfect location, just a very short walk to the beach or to 30A. Perfect size getaway for two adults and a small dog. House is extremely well-kept and has everything you need for a great beach vacation.

This was our first time visiting Rosemary Beach and I was a little nervous if I had booked the right place for our vacation. Was it close enough to the beach to walk? Was it comfortable? Was it near other amenities? I’m happy to say that the answer to all of these questions is YES, and it was SO much more! If you are looking for a perfectly stylish, comfortable, quiet place to stay on your next trip to the beach, you’ve found it!

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our dog and it was such a cute and quiet spot! It’s tucked away and was just a short walk to the beach. Great for anyone wanting a relaxing vacation!

Large kitchen with everything one needs- feels like home. Short walk to the beach. Very responsive owners. Home is set back off the road which makes it quiet and private. No view of the ocean, but you can hear it when sitting on the patio. Extremely clean and organized. Perfect for a couple. The loft is a nice size with its own private deck and a bathroom. Futon is manageable for one smaller adult. Large windows for natural lighting was a bonus. Cute, well decorated, and comfortable environment. It's obvious the owners take pride in their home, and care for it well.

The home was perfect for my wife, me and our dog. The privacy afforded by the large lot was a real unexpected pleasure. The home is an easy walk to the beach, and many other places including the Rosemary Beach commercial area. If we come back to Inlet Beach, we will stay here again.

We could not be happier with the cleanliness of the home and the proximity to the beach. While we were within walking distance to quite literally everything, we felt very much secluded in our own little part of 30A. Originally, I was concerned with the primary bed being a Murphy bed; however, that concern was quickly eliminated. The mattress was perfect. I could go on and on about the property! We will definitely be back. Thank you, Claire and Bev, for an amazing rental.

This property is quiet and so cool. Is a short walk to the beach and convenient to shops and restaurants! Is at the east end of 30A so a little less crowded. Highly recommend!

Claire's house is a beautiful, private retreat with a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely bathroom with indoor/outdoor shower, and a beautiful upstairs patio/deck for morning coffee and evening cocktails. You can do yoga upstairs while viewing treetops through the open windows. It's a short walk to the white Gulf beach with plenty of space to pop some chairs in the sand and listen to the waves. Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Claire is delightful to work with. We have stayed up and down 30A for the last 20 years, and we were delighted with this property.

We loved staying at this beautiful home. It was super nice and very clean! Zero sand in the house! The property is very charming place at the beach! We had a great time and we would certainly stay again. All the guidance was very helpful from Claire as well! She did a great job with communication!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Inlet Beach House. The home is perfect for a couple. The home was beautiful and in a great location. Away from the busyness and crowds. It was a quick walk to the beach. However, we drove to public access in the mornings to set up the tent and would walk back to the beach in the evenings. Perfect relaxing getaway and would definitely stay again. Thanks Claire and Bev for sharing your home with us.

The house was perfect. Beautiful inside and out. Claire the owner was great with quick replies to any questions. The beach is beautiful. Unfortunately the beach due to its location has way too many rules about where you can set up in the sand. As beach is owned by homes lining the beach . The beach chairs to rent on this beach are expensive. The beach guys charged me 160$ for 4 chairs and 1 umbrella for 1 day. It would have been better if the beach house provided these as many Vrbos do. I also felt that there were too many rules at this house and felt like my mother was watching my every move on vacation. I was scared to do something I shouldn’t. For example leave a single grain of sand on my foot before entering the house. Claire has us basically sign a 10 page renters lease for her home. To me that’s excessive and maybe she should not be using her lovely home as a Vrbo rental. When I’m on vacation I want to relax and I did not feel relaxed with so many house rules. I’m a clean and respectful person and I understand that many may not be but if a person is willing to pay a certain amount for a vacation rental then I would assume the best. I will stick to fort Walton beach moving forward as I can put my beach blanket down anywhere in the sand and I’ll stay in a little condo there as I have never felt more relaxed. I understand the beach situation is not Claire’s responsibility but it would have been nice to know before renting the beach house.
