La Joya Azul, 7 Bedrooms, Heated Pool, Hot Tub, 6 Seat Golf Cart, & Bikes!!!

We stayed at this Seacrest Beach home with four families for Thanksgiving and overall had a great experience. The house was spacious, comfortable, and worked really well for a large group. Pool and outdoor are was great for the teens. The layout gave everyone room to spread out, and the location made getting to the beach very easy.We did run into a couple of issues on the first day — the gas hadn’t been connected to the stove, one of the stove knobs wasn’t working and the I’ve maker had not been turned on. The host responded promptly and addressed the issues, but it was a bit inconvenient when we first arrived.Aside from that hiccup, we enjoyed our stay and found the home to be a good fit for our group. With those items resolved, this was an excellent spot for families traveling together.

Great location! It was an easy bike ride to Alys and Rosemary Beach and a very quick walk to the public beach. Our family loved the heated pool and hot tub and the outdoor tv / lounge area. It was nice to have the kitchen, living room, and dining room close to the outdoor table and pool so we could feel like we were all together. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable.

Amenities and home were in great condition. We had an issue with the wifi routers, which was resolved during our stay.

The house was great, the location and proximity to the beach was amazing. Loved the bikes, pool and golf cart. House fit our family and friends of 10 perfectly!

Overall, everything was great, and the home was absolutely stunning.There were a few minor issues. First, our check-in was delayed by about 30 minutes, as the cleaning crew was still working when we arrived shortly after 4:00 PM CST. They didn’t finish until after 4:30, and the first floor didn’t appear to be thoroughly cleaned, likely due to them rushing to complete the job.Also, the Keurig machine wasn’t working, but our personal liaison, Alex, was very responsive and had a new machine delivered two days later. We also experienced issues with the lock on the door and gate, but those were resolved quickly.The pool and outdoor areas were well-shaded, and the pool was the perfect size for our family. I especially loved the outdoor bathroom and shower — such a great feature!The house was perfect for our family, and we thoroughly enjoyed our week. We would definitely book through Modern Beach Rental again.

I have stayed at a lot of rentals throughout the years. La Joya Azul is amazing! It feels like home when you walk in. The extra ice maker and wine fridge was a great surprise. The property was spotless. I do look and I do bring cleaning supplies and I did not need them. I did my Happy Dance! The pool and backyard is fantastic. We spent most of our time there. The pool toys, beach chairs and bikes were a great amenity. Alex our concierge checked in with us and answered our questions almost immediately. The beach is very close. There are a lot of steps at the beach access but who doesn't need a good cardio exercise? We walked and only used the golf cart twice. The area is quiet and a great location. A short drive if you want to go eat in PCB or shop. We had a few fly in and its an easy drive to the airport. Publix is pretty close as well as a Neighborhood Walmart. We ate at Shades bar and grill it was very good. We have decided to make it an annual trip so we plan on coming back next year!

We stayed at La Joya Azul last weekend for a girls trip and the house was gorgeous and immaculately clean! It's in a wonderful location and the beds are all very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and there are nice outdoor porches and areas at the pool for hanging. The golf cart and bikes were a fun addition (included with the rental). Would definitely recommend this home!!

When we arrived at the property it was above and beyond our expectations …the hosts were so kind and great to work with 😊the golf cart and bikes were so fun and an added plus . The house was absolutely beautiful and beds were so comfy . Each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The cleanest property I have ever stayed in . Very roomy for our family of 13 . So close to the beach access and the pool was amazing . Had a beach wagon and beach chairs for us to use as well as skim boards and sand toys .Lots of floats for the pool too ! Could go on and on ❤️I highly recommend staying here if you have a large group ❤️ Made lots of memories and we hope to return someday ❤️

What a beautiful home in a fantastic location. Close to all our favorite areas along 30A. The house was immaculate and fully stocked with plenty of everything needed. The golf cart and beach chairs were a great extra bonus. We spent lots of time by the pool in an amazing back yard. This home is perfect for a large family or group of friends. We will definitely rent again and recommend to family and friends!

Group trip for our work team. The property was in great shape and we had everything we needed for our time there. House is kept very well. Would stay again for work or personal trips in the area.
