Steps to Beach, Outdoor Perks! Indian Rocks Condo

Great property (lizards and animals to watch just sitting in the driveway), great location, they had a wagon to haul our stuff to the beach and that was great!!!

Overall, we really enjoyed staying here. The only reason we wouldn’t give it five stars is due to the cleanliness. Upstairs bedroom sheets were very visibly dirty. We had to wash them ourselves late our first night once we were going to bed. That left things a little questionable on the overall cleaning job that was done. There was also a lot of old food in the pantry we assume from previous guests over time. Otherwise, easy check-in and check-out process, very short walk to the beach, owner communication was very timely and we really enjoyed the SwimSpa!

Very clean, so close to the beach and a couple resturants. The host was super quick to respond via text and communication. The beach chairs are more like a folding chair that you bring camping or to a soccer field. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Everything was great. The place was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. I loved that the master bedroom had its own bathroom and was on the third floor, perfect for viewing the sunrise every morning. The living room area was also super comfortable and spacious. The location was awesome, a few steps from beach and just a short walk away from restaurants. Looking forward to my next visit!

Great location. Really nice to have wagon, beach chairs and sun umbrella all ready to use. Comfortable stay. Great to have a washer/dryer. Enjoyed the hot-tub/swim-spa. Walking distance to restaurants. A coffee shop/pastries across the street. Definitely would recommend.

This was the perfect spot during our short stay at Indian Rocks. The swim spa was an added amenity that only enhanced our visit! Great location to the beach and the little French Bakery was great for breakfast.

The home is great. As advertised. If you do have young children, make note that the bunk bed room is on the first floor and the queen bed room is upstairs as stated. Our little one was a little nervous staying so far from us. But he did great. The beach across the street is great and there are several restaurants within walking distance which was really nice. Beach stuff was awesome to have! Umbrellas, towels, wagon and toys were all available.

The location of the Laughing Lizard was within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, a breakfast cafe and more. We loved our time there and would consider renting the whole place for a family reunion! The swim spa was a bonus, although since it was hot, hot outside, we didn't get in it since the water was so warm. It would be great on a cooler weather day. It was nice to have a beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas available.

Great communication with Greg. Everything we needed to create a stress free vacation with the family. He even provided charcoal for the grill and the swim spa was a wonderful bonus. I highly recommend this place and would book it again. Thank you!
