Stayed Apr 11, 2025Everything was great. The place was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. I loved that the master bedroom had its own bathroom and was on the third floor, perfect for viewing the sunrise every morning. The living room area was also super comfortable and spacious. The location was awesome, a few steps from beach and just a short walk away from restaurants. Looking forward to my next visit!

Stayed Mar 29, 2025Great location. Really nice to have wagon, beach chairs and sun umbrella all ready to use. Comfortable stay. Great to have a washer/dryer. Enjoyed the hot-tub/swim-spa. Walking distance to restaurants. A coffee shop/pastries across the street. Definitely would recommend.

Stayed Mar 14, 2025This was the perfect spot during our short stay at Indian Rocks. The swim spa was an added amenity that only enhanced our visit! Great location to the beach and the little French Bakery was great for breakfast.

Stayed Feb 26, 2025The home is great. As advertised. If you do have young children, make note that the bunk bed room is on the first floor and the queen bed room is upstairs as stated. Our little one was a little nervous staying so far from us. But he did great. The beach across the street is great and there are several restaurants within walking distance which was really nice. Beach stuff was awesome to have! Umbrellas, towels, wagon and toys were all available.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024The location of the Laughing Lizard was within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, a breakfast cafe and more. We loved our time there and would consider renting the whole place for a family reunion! The swim spa was a bonus, although since it was hot, hot outside, we didn't get in it since the water was so warm. It would be great on a cooler weather day. It was nice to have a beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas available.

Stayed Feb 13, 2024What a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Graig was so accommodating with our need for a pack and play and high chair. Its so close to the ocean you can almost step outside to enjoy. Quiet and relaxing place for us to unwind. Loved our stay and will certainly be back again!

Stayed Jan 3, 2024Comfortable spacious and user friendly home - 5 people all were happy with the space and the swim spa especially the grandkids. The weather was cool and windy so this added feature was well used and enjoyed by all.
