Thisisit!! Sun, beach and fun

We stayed over Easter break and had a great time. The intercoastal view was relaxing to watch from the balcony and saw a few dolphins in the morning! The pool was very clean everyday and the beach was beautiful! Although, there is only 1 laundry area per each floor, we never had to wait long for the use of a washer and dryer. The condo had all my favorite spices on hand to make dinner every night. The office staff were very helpful always. Lots of walkable restaurants and fun bars. This is a great value for the location!

Catherines place was fantastic , extremely clean and well equipped . The location is top notch , close to eating places and beach and pool are great . One of the big things for us was the beach has people on it but isn't slammed with people , easy to go for a walk and enjoy Indian rocks beach !

Beautiful place. Everything was clean and fresh. Nice quiet building, not too big with a beautiful beachfront and very nice pool area.Bbqs available on the patio to use or many restaurants nearby to explore. Very friendly, helpful staff and lovely guests too. We had a great, relaxing time and would highly recommend Catherine and her place.

Nice big balcony with view of the intercoastal. Owner was great in welcoming us and making sure we had directions for everything. And, she was readily available for us if needed.

We all had a good time.I was bummed because the description saidBeach view and balcony,the reality was it is an intercoastal view not a beach view.Also the construction was really hard to breathe.thank goodness it was only the last 2 days.Maybe warn renters

It was horrible

We just got back home from a week long stay at Cathy's condo. We had a great time! Cathy was so easy to work with. During our stay, the pool was not open due to repairs being made from hurricane damage. Cathy informed us about this prior to our arrival and offered a discount which we thought was very nice. The office staff was awesome and the maintenance crew was great as well. The condo was very comfortable inside, with beautiful views of the bay. The beach is literally right out the back door! It wasn't crowded at all during our stay. There were several beach chairs provided as well as an umbrella to help keep the hot sun at bay! The condo's kitchen had everything you could ever need to make meals. Overall, you couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend staying here. I know my family definitely will again!!!

This is a great place for a beachfront getaway. Property is exactly as described and pictured, no disappointments. You can't be closer to the ocean unless you are on a boat! Very clean unit with a lot of space inside. Great communication with owner and very nice to have responsive onsite property management. Highly recommended!

We loved the charm and laid-back vibes of the condo complex and the town! We parked the car, had instacart deliver groceries, and walked to dinner every night. The condo had beach chairs and umbrellas - so we didn't need to bring our own! It was lovely! The hosts were great and let us add an extra day on the front end - will definitely be back!
