It is a clean and welcoming family home in a private community with a sparkling pool and spacious patio that enjoys prevailing ocean breeze. The split floor plan allows you privacy with 3 Bdrm, 2 Bth, and 2 car garage. The master bedroom has a cloud comfy king suite with fine linens and solid wood furnishings. Recently renovation Master bath has an updated walk-in shower, wood cabinets, granite countertop, double sinks, a private toilet, large walk-in closet, and linen closet. The other 2 spacious bedrooms are fully furnished, nicely decorated, and comfortably sleep 4. An additional roll-away bed is available. Both rooms share the other renovated spacious bath with access to the pool.
