Beach-side updated pool home with a 4 min walk to the beach.

Had a wonderful time. Is a beautiful place, amazing for a family of all ages. Will definitely recommend to all of my family and friends. Plenty of towels. Lots of things to do highly recommend going to the zoo. Fun for all ages.

This is a great beach house with all the creature comforts and amendeties. The owners recently did even more upgrades! A very short walk to the beach with a safety walk over A1A highway. We'd highly recommend this place to a big family!

This home has everything you need for a beach vacation. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, anything you can think of. Bathroom stocked with lots of towels for families. Garage has lots of beach chairs and kid beach toys for entertainment. Very short walk to the beach with walking bridge for easy beach access. The pool is well maintained and great for those hot summer days. Washer and dryer also was great for my softball players uniforms that needed washing daily. Check in and out and communication with owner was so easy. This property is 10/10!

We had a wonderful time at this home within a quick walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The home was very clean and comfortable and situated in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. The hosts were very responsive prior to and during our stay. We would consider returning in the future.

We love this home and the area, which is just a short walk to the beach. We look forward to our next visit, hopefully in 2026. The check-in process is simple (door code sent ahead of arrival) and the owners are very responsive. Highly recommend for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Indiatlantic!

We just finished a three week stay at the Waters Edge beach house and had a wonderful time! The house had all the amenities we needed, was very clean, location was ideal, and the hosts were wonderful.!The beach is right across the street, a very easy walk or bike ride. The pool was great, although a little cooler than we hoped. We had our family join us for a week, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We can’t wait to come back again next time.

This was one of the best VRBO homes in which we have stayed. We would have booked it again for next year if it had been available.The Hosts were wonderful. The home is beautiful with everything we needed for an extended stay. We found many stores, restraunts and parks are nearby, making this a very convenient location to stay. We enjoyed the uncrowded beach that is an easy 5 minute walk from the house.

A quiet, comfortable, clean and incredibly well-outfitted home just a quick walk to the beach. Hosts Alli and Yasmin are friendly, responsive and clearly take great pride in their beautiful house and it shows. A perfect location on a dead-end street with restaurants, markets and bars nearby. Looking forward to returning next year!

My family of four very much enjoyed our stay at this home! It was very close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping! We had everything we needed just minutes away! The property was perfect for our family and the kids enjoyed the pool!

Clean, great location, everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We loved our time here! The beach was just a short walk and we could run over for late-night turtle sightings, sunrise, or on a whim! The pool was a lovely benefit as well. We found several nice restaurants but also used the grill and kitchen frequently. KSC and Cocoa Beach were a nice ride up A1A and we saw several satellite launches during our stay. One time we drove near the cape for a closer view of the launch. The home was clean and I'm happy to report we did not see ONE critter in the house in 2 weeks, which is rare for FL vacations. I would be thrilled to stay here again!
