The large open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen where there is an electric oven, microwave and large American fridge together with island section and bar stools. A large dining table is also provided and beyond are two sofas with one able to convert to a full bed for those families with extra guests to accommodate. This main living area opens out on to a large lanai with private swimming pool. The perfect setting for relaxing and alfresco dining where a gas grill is also provided for guest use.brbrAccommodating ten guests there are four bedrooms available. Two twin room are situated to the front of the home with a shared bathroom and two further master king bedded suites with private bathrooms. All bedrooms come equipped with smart TVs. Full laundry facilities are also available.brbrSituated on the resort of Balmoral in addition to all the amenities available that the home offers, guests can also enjoy a range of additional recreational amenities (subject to an on-site resort fee), including a water park, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center.
