The building is very safe and fully Hurricane proof with state-of-the-art impact windows and doors. Dedicated parking spots are available for each apartment. With some luck, you can observe Dolphins as well Wales during certain months of the year from your balcony, so bring your binoculars and telephoto lens.

Castries, the capital of St Lucia, and the town of Soufriere are both approximately 30 minutes’ drive to the north or south respectively. We highly recommend to book your own rental car (ideally all-wheel drive midsize SUV or Jeep) to be able to independently explore the beauty of Saint Lucia and all it has to offer. However, we are also able to assist you to book Taxi service from the airport, adventure tours, rain forest hikes, diving and adventure trips to any location within Saint Lucia. We have daily housekeeping service available as well as night time security service.
