6BR family home w/ pool, game room & resort access

The house needs some minor repairs.

The house was poorly maintained. It was dirty and had inadequate supplies for the amount of people it is supposed sleep. There are major concerns with the condition of the house. These have been communicated with the host.

Very well maintained , large house in a great location with a super outdoor area including a hot tub which was perfect for relaxing after golf . Haines city is a fantastic area mixing old Florida with access to the parks within a short drive .

Host was very responsive. House was just like the photos.

The layout, location of the house, and pool area are top-notch, but that’s where the positives end.The house is worn and full of faults and defects.The handle on the freezer door falls off when you try to open it.The handle on one of the cupboard doors also falls off when you try to open it.The pool light doesn’t work.The toaster has four slots, but only two work.The washing machine’s program selector (dial) doesn’t work.The house accommodates 12 people, but there’s only silverware and wine glasses for 4–5 – in fact, there are more spaghetti strainers than tablespoons.The TV in one of the upstairs bedrooms doesn’t work.We stayed there for a week, and the jacuzzi broke down the first evening and wasn’t repaired until the day before departure.The furniture is functional but worn – especially the large sofa in the living room by the TV, which shows clear signs of use (stains).The house clearly shows that it’s only used for rental, and no one checks whether the inventory, kitchen equipment, and furniture work as they should.A shame, because the location and layout are great, but the house is very worn out, and even though it looks like the pictures, it doesn’t live up to them.If the inventory and furniture and utensils and appliances get a makover the house will be perfect.

Hot tub not clean, very limited supplies-garbage bags, shampoos and soap.

Clean room and the host was great and we were able to get ahold of him at a fast pace.

The house was clean and checkin was easy. The pool and hot tub were heated when we got there as requested. The water in the hot tub was greenish when we arrived but someone was out to adjust the chemicals the next day. The house had plenty of space and everything was working well.

This property was beautiful in the pictures and the amount of rooms suited our family for the trip.When we arrived, there were red flags everywhere. Not enough silverware for all the guests (6 forks for 10 guests and a listing that is supposed to accommodate 12 people). Three rolls of toilet paper for all five bathrooms,1 dishwasher pod for 5 nights, 1 trash bag for 5 nights, a small bottle of dish soap and 1 small drying towel. The amenities were so lacking, there wasn’t even salt and pepper. For cleaning supplies, there was one broom, no dust pan. We had a family dinner here one night, but due to the lack of silverware we had to eat in shifts.All beds are spring mattress and were uncomfortable and noisy likely picked The towels are thin, most rooms didn’t have a face towel. There was not enough soap/shampoo for each guest, one bar of soap for the bathtub and/or hand soap at the sink-no refillable containers that are normal these days. One of the bathrooms is missing bars on the towel rack so there wasn’t anywhere to hang towels. The other bathroom was missing a toilet paper roll holder. I addressed the urgent concerns with the property manager who gave a 50 discount but put onus on me to buy everything this house was lacking.The house isn’t worth the price. Three of my family members left 2 nights early because of this house, so this experience was really upsetting for me. I would not rent this property again.

Nice hotel...not impressed with housekeeping. Was in room with kids ...they didnt vacuum room not once during our 3 nights stay. They didnt wash or replace cups by the sink they just left them ithe sink...didnt provide dish detergent. Room phoe didnt work

House was spacious and clean and communication was outstanding.

We were in town for college softball and shared the house with two families of 3. It was convenient to the Auburndale and Winterhaven facilities also only about 40 minutes back to Disney depending on traffic. The house was as advertised very clean, pool and hot tub were in good working order, plenty of seating and privacy for all, pictures are accurate for furnishings and layout. Only two complaints there were only 7 forks in this 6 bedroom house and the pillows were not a hit with anyone. Other than that we were all very happy with the location, neighborhood was quiet, kitchen had everything you needed (other than the forks) and starter dish soap laundry detergent and 2 coffee pods to get you up and running, would 100% rent again.

Communication was very prompt, the property was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it.
