This corner two-bedroom, two-bath first floor above ground level, gulf-front condo is a short 15-20 minute walk to Times Square and the many boutiques, restaurants and night life at this end of the island, including the new Margaritaville Resort. Guests at this resort have access to their own on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables and chairs, all surrounded by a privacy fence. Close proximity to the Matanzas Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. Off street covered and open self parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to ease your arrival.
