Stayed Oct 31, 2018My wife and I had a great November renting the condo from Dave and Amy. Condo was well designed and nicely decorated. The white sand beach was just out the back door, the pool was perfect for swimming laps early in the morning. We sat on the balcony and watched the sun set on the sea and looked out the front balcony to watch the sun rise. We have stayed at different locations in Florida over the last 6 years and this location was the best to date. We highly recommend it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property was exactly as featured in the pictures. Very clean and had everything we needed , especially beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, etc. for the beach! Loved the seasonal trolley that traveled from one end of Estero Blvd. to the other. Made it easy to get around to different shops , grocery stores, and tourist attractions. Also enjoyed Santini Marina Plaza for it's shops, restaurants, and seasonal Farmer's market. Only a 5 minute from Leonardo Arms. Enjoyed the Pierside Grill down by the pier in Time Square along with all the beachy shops by there. Would absolutely recommend this property! Lastly, Dave was very easy to deal with and provided excellent customer service!! Hope to have the opportunity to come back some day!

Stayed Jan 1, 2018nicely updated unit in a quiet and secure building. condo was very clean and provided everything needed for an extended stay at the beach. furniture and bedding were very comfortable. owner was easy to work with. enjoyed our time there.
