This two-bedroom, two-bath fifth-floor single-level gulf-front condo has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and is a short 15-20 minute walk to Times Square and the many boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife afforded at this end of the island. Guests at this resort have access to their heated on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables, and chairs, all surrounded by a privacy fence. Proximity to the Matanza Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This condo is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home but with the tropical setting added to it. Off-street covered and open self-parking is included with your stay, one spot per guest. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to arrive in a breeze. WiFi is complimentary, there are ceiling fans throughout and you will have your own private in-house laundry room. The pool was resurfaced August 2025. brbrEntry is via elevator to the fifth floor and into an entry foyer and the open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has everything necessary to create full-course meals should you so desire, or to just make toast and coffee in the morning. You only need to bring the food!
