Its proximity to the Matanza Pass Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This condo is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home. Off-street covered and open self-parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to ensure a smooth arrival. WiFi is complimentary, there are ceiling fans throughout and you will have your own private in-house laundry room. Additionally, there are three beach chairs and an umbrella for guest use in the unit.
