Alcohol changes the chemical balance of the water and 2) we kindly ask that you avoid going in with oils like body oils, sun tan lotions, sun block etc specially if you have just applied it. These oils filter through the pump and clog the filter which will turn the water green. If this happens to you during your stay and pool or hot tub turns green it will result in a $250 fee to pay the pool company to treat, clean and re-chemical balance the pool and/or tub. DO NOT tamper with the pool equipment in any way. Doing so will result in the automatic loss of your security deposit. Pool is heated to 84F winter long but if you want it warmer than that we can do max 89F and there is a $45 per day extra charge. brbr* TOWELS / LINENS: Please know that towels or linens are not intended to be used as mops, make up removers, rags etc. At the end of your stay any damaged, stained or missing linens will have a cost TBD to the number of missing or damaged items plus a $25 travel/time fee.brbr* EARLY CHECK-INS are based on our calendar availability. In the given case home is available we can do a 2pm check in at no additional cost but if the check-in is between 12-2pm there is a $99 early check in fee and if between 10am and 12noon its $125 early check in fee. We don’t want to have grease as a fire hazard. Fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen, under the sink. The grill is clean and we’d like everyone to experience it that way! Any excess cleaning will result in additional cleaning fees. Homes in Fort Lauderdale will have copper sheets that are required for use and must be cleaned and not thrown away!brWe cannot stress this enough! It’s your responsibility to let us know of any damages or issues you may have with the home or you forfeit the right to later deny any damages or make claims about the state of the home. All issues should be reported within the first 3 hours of entry. When reporting the issues please notify us with evidence of the issue. For example, broken blender: image or video showing that the blender does not function. For any claims that cannot be photographed, for example, a smell, we ask that guests (at their own expense) involve a neutral 3rd party professional to assess the home to validate their claims.
