Luxury beach resort for 6 ppl with pool

Positives:Kitchen appliances and supplies worked and were adequate.Pool: good for kids. Somewhat dirty. No privacy, surrounded by apartments.Property manager did respond to most inquiries and the apartment was ready earlier than expected.Concerns:The air conditioner was not working for several hours and the apartment was quite stuffy as a result. Message back said it had to be off for several hours to work again. This could have been done when the room was cleaned prior to our arrival.Couches and pillows were covered with a slimy chemical, probably like Febreze, which was still quite wet upon our arrival. Dead bugs on closet shelfShower: the biggest problem. Hot water pressure is nearly nonexistent. Trickle of hot water. Be prepared for a long shower to rinse or cold water only shower .Tub metal wall panel is completely detached from the wall. You can see right through the hole in the wall. Shower gel, consistency of water and unusable. Had to use shampoo to wash my body.Parking: designated space consistently taken by other neighbors, whom waited for hours to respond to property manager request to move. Apartment is a corner unit so car headlights in the parking lot go right into the bedroom. Garbage pick up of metal container 4 AM arrival wakes you up. Upstairs neighbor walks loudly over main bedroom in the middle of the night, early morning phone alarm ringing for several minutes. Corner intersection very busy, loud. No extra parking ever available for any guest.
