This means that after 9pm NO music is to be played in the back yard or pool area and any one outside must keep all conversations to a cell phone level to ensure we don’t disturb our neighbors whom understandably have work or kids that go to school or events the next day. Finally know that we do have security cameras on premises video/audio recording 24/7 for the safety of our home and the tampering of any security system is considered a felony offense in the State of Florida and will also result in the termination of your reservation. If for any reason this is your case please know that an additional $40 per day for usage of electricity will be charged separately.brbr* POOL / SPA: We kindly ask that when using the pool or hot tub 1) no eating or drinking in the water. Alcohol changes the chemical balance of the water and 2) we kindly ask that you avoid going in with oils like body oils, sun tan lotions, sun block etc specially if you have just applied it. These oils filter through the pump and clog the filter which will turn the water green. If this happens to you during your stay and pool or hot tub turns green it will result in a $250 fee to pay the pool company to treat, clean and re-chemical balance the pool and/or tub. DO NOT tamper with the pool equipment in any way. Doing so will result in the automatic loss of your security deposit. Pool is heated to 84F winter long but if you want it warmer than that we can do max 89F and there is a $45 per day extra charge. brbr* TOWELS / LINENS: Please know that towels or linens are not intended to be used as mops, make up removers, rags etc. At the end of your stay any damaged, stained or missing linens will have a cost TBD to the number of missing or damaged items plus a $25 travel/time fee.brbr* EARLY CHECK-INS are based on our calendar availability.
