You can reach most of them by bicycles which are included with the house (5 adult bikes, and 2 kid bikes). The Pinellas bike trail is within steps of the house, along with a first class golf course. Dunedin is loaded with fantastic restaurants. You could stay for a month and never eat at the same restaurant twice.
