Stay in this charming 1920's cottage, where everything is just a stroll away. Walk to the local restaurants, breweries, and shops on Main St, or take a leisurely walk to the marina for sunsets. With its prime location, it is perfect for exploring the heart of Dunedin on foot. Let’s walk and discover all that this vibrant area has! Your beautifully appointed cottage is a great retreat after beach fun, baseball or biking, and is an easy stroll home after an evening enjoying the local music scene.

This darling little cottage is set back off the street with a private fenced in paved patio that opens from the kitchen so you can let your dog out while you are making coffee in the sunny kitchen. Coastal décor and lots of windows make the cottage a sunny, breezy little place to retreat to after a day of fun in the sun or cruising the antique shops and craft breweries a few blocks away in downtown Dunedin.

A separate laundry cottage is shared with the cottage at the front of the property, with two washers, two dryers and detergent, bleach and dryer sheets provided for your convenience. We provide hi-speed wifi, and Youtube TV on the 40 inch TV in the living room and a bedroom. You can stream on the smart TV.

On your private patio is a dining table with umbrella, and a patio box that contains two beach chairs and an umbrella for beach outings at any of the wonderful nearby beaches- quiet Honeymoon Island State Park is only about a 15 minute drive north, and bustling Clearwater Beach is a 15 minute drive south from our little town. Tampa is about 30 minutes drive east.

Your dog is welcome, with a non-refundable $75 dog fee per stay. $125 for a week or longer.

We welcome you to enjoy a carefree time in the heart of one of the coolest towns in Florida!

We stayed at this location for a long weekend and enjoyed our time there. It’s a cute cottage that was just the right size for us as a couple along with our dog. The neighborhood was quiet yet also incredibly convenient to the Pinellas Bike Trail which is just over a block from the property. It’s also a brief walk to get to downtown Dunedin and all of its shops and restaurants. We would definitely visit again.

We had a great stay. The cottage was beautiful decorated, very clean and spacious and added privacy. Barbara was a great host and replied quickly. She supplied all essentials needed and then some for a weekly stay. Close enough to downtown and private, short walk to the baseball stadium. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Hope to be back soon. Dunedin is a wonderful town.

The house was charming with a nice enclosed patio. We enjoyed our stay but with some exceptions. First, we were given the wrong access code to enter the house and had to contact the property manager. The property manager mixed up who was staying where and put the wrong code on our house. That was inconvenient, but at that point, not that big of a deal. But to make it worse, due to that mix-up, she gave someone else the code to our house. They came in the house in the middle of the night and scared the crap out of us. Not good. Mistakes happen, but that was the type of mistake that should NEVER happen. Fortunately, the person who got the code to our house was normal and not a problem, but it could have been a big problem if it was someone else. Definitely should never happen.

Clean, comfortable. Many additional supplies annd well thought out conveniences are included once you get inside. Beach gear was very helpful. Easy walk to downtown. We walked in every day with a 6 year old.
