Description

Bring the ENTIRE family to this unique property. Free Bikes, free parking, outdoor grill, beach supplies, smart TVs, backyard lounge area, outdoor Jenga, hosts that go above and beyond to make sure you LOVE your stay. These are fully remodeled homes with modern kitchens, however maintain their charm. Walking distance to charming downtown Dunedin with plenty of shops/bars/breweries/restaurants/playgrounds. Walk two blocks to the ocean and watch the sunset over the gulf.
The front home features inside washer/dryer, new appliances, full kitchen and desk/highspeed internet. Two queen beds, dining/family room and two full bathrooms.

The smaller guest house has one queen sized bed, kitchen, living area, full bathroom and a fold down sofa. The sofa folds down to a twin bed and the coffee table lifts up to make working from home an ease.

There is even a playground across the street for little ones. The VFW serves the public several times a week and the Dunedin Blue Jays stadium hosts multiple events outside of Spring Training and our Minor league games.

This place is a gem! So close to downtown, restaurants, and right next to the Pinellas Trail. Was awesome to use the provided bikes to go on rides and hang out in the fenced in backyard with my kids and dogs. All appliances were new and worked great, large living area and bedrooms. The host provided everything we could need, from beach necessities to snacks, water, and coffee, to shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We loved our stay and would definitely come back again!
