We’re excited to continue that tradition with a more personal touch.brbr*Our property sits along a main road, so you may notice some traffic, but Unit 4`s entrance/parking is tucked away in the back courtyard for added privacy.brbr*Traveling with a larger group In addition to this unit, there is a private downstairs 1:1 that sleeps 4. There is also a second duplex on the property that collectively holds 10 people. Together, the property can accommodate up to 18 guests when booked in advance.brbr*Construction* From December into summer, there is active construction occurring on a neighboring propertys; although as of this update in April, one of the projects is is winding down and focused more on interior work. Another a bit further away is starting up. Work schedules can vary and may occasionally include early morning hours.brWhile this activity is outside of our direct control, we remain in communication with the construction management team and actively advocate for compliance with all applicable city noise and work-hour ordinances. We believe in full transparency so guests can make an informed decision.brIf you are particularly sensitive to noise or plan to sleep late, this may not be the ideal fit.
