The primary bedroom features a King bed and en-suite bath with oversized shower. The second bedroom has a Queen with a bathroom right outside. New smartTVs throughout. The fully fenced backyard has a seating area with a firepit and BBQ for enjoying friends or family and warm tropical nights. The garage houses the onsite laundry and all the beach gear you could possibly imagine. Small friendly dog ok with a pet deposit.

Dunedin is a quaint little town on the Gulf of Mexico, full of shops and great restaurants, and breweries, weekly farmers markets, art festivals, a marina, TD Ballpark and much more.
