Perched in the canopy of grand oak trees, the Bay Suite is a light-filled contemporary apartment guests consistently call one of the best units they've ever stayed in. Vaulted shiplap ceilings, large windows, and a built-in window daybed make it feel like a stylish treehouse. A few blocks from Dunedin's Main Street and the Pinellas Trail - close enough to walk everywhere, quiet enough to sleep.

This is a fully private, stand-alone unit with its own entrance and keypad - no shared spaces, no noise from neighbors. Street parking is right outside the door.

The open living/dining area is bright with natural light and designed for comfort. The standout feature is the built-in window daybed - a full-width reading and lounging nook that guests love so much they write about it in their reviews. With deep cushions and a view into the oak tree canopy, it's equally great for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or a nap with the motorized blackout shades drawn.

The bedroom has a queen bed with premium linens and towels (guests consistently call them the softest they've found in any rental or hotel), plus motorized room-darkening shades for deep, uninterrupted sleep. The walk-in shower invites you in, and quality toiletries provided.

Guests will have private access to the apartment. You will be provided with a unique access code upon booking. Parking is available via the complementary street parking right outside of the apartment.

• We are a pet-free home so that we maintain allergy-free, high-quality accommodation for all guests. No pets or animals allowed (unless with a documented service animal). All service animals must be disclosed to the Host prior to arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS. We have a one-time extra cleaning fee of $150 if animal hair/feces is found.
