A condo with a view Unit 46! A direct line of vision of the gulf from two balconies, one off of the main bedroom and the other off the living room. This unit is located on the 4th floor of the Penthouse Building. It is a two-bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 story unit with its own washer and dryer room, and a well-equipped, remodeled kitchen. Both bedrooms (with private baths) are located on the second floor of the condo; the main bedroom faces south with the ocean view and has two queen beds with upscale and new mattresses.
