It’s an absolutely beautiful condo. It does need a fresh coat of paint and a little TLC, but it is spectacular. The view is amazing! If you stay in the primary/master bedroom, you must keep the door open or it will get very hot in there no matter how you turn the thermostat. The room with a four poster bed, gets ice cold. Keep that in mind. The property is safe and secure and very few children. The children that were there, were extremely well-behaved and well mannered. It was refreshing. No loud music, people were respectful and friendly to know. We ate at Ruth CHRIS steakhouse and it was fabulous. Highly, highly recommended. We will be back.

Great views, property had a lot of amenities, and was an easy process! The property has been well loved.

The pool and ocean view were amazing! Access to the condo and building was very easy. There did appear to be some previous water damage on the bathroom doors and the balconies of the opposite side didn’t appear to be taken care of very well. Everything else was great!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Aire. Very much, Jodi was attentive and welcoming. We had minor issue that was immediately addressed. The bathrooms were all updated and very clean.

Spacious rooms, beautiful view, great access to pool, beach and beach bar

Nice condo with a little wear and tear. Great view and good amenities. Minor icemaker issue. One of the rooms was warmer than the others and need better A/C balancing. All and all a nice place to stay.

Traveled with grandparents and 2 toddlers - had a great trip

The location and view were stunning! We really enjoyed the huge balcony! The condo was spacious & the layout was perfect for little ones. Two master bedrooms were a definite plus! The pool area was amazing and beach access was very easy. There is only 1 dedicated parking slip & we had difficulty parking in the overflow with the 2nd vehicle a few times. The walls were very scratched up & it is obvious the condo has been well loved. It had not been well cleaned but nothing we couldn't take care of ourselves (ie food under coffee table, face pad & hair in bathroom floor). Overall, it was a lovely vacation for our family that we will remember forever!

The view from this condo is amazing, White sand and turquoise water. Nicely furnished and comfortable beds. Enjoyed the beach, pool and onsite beach bar.

This was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed in the panhandle! We will definitely be back. Everything was seamless. Well stocked condo. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and super clean. Plenty of space and closets for storage too. Loved it! 10/10

I’ve been coming to Destin since 1990. This was the best condo we’ve ever rented. Everything was wonderful. The condo was spectacular and everything was easy and stress free. We will always stay here from now on! Thanks so much to the owner for keeping it so updated!!!
