We are so excited to offer our beach home to you! This jewel is located in the fabulous Holiday Isle community in a gated, friendly 30 unit complex. Our home is on the end unit of the second floor. The three living room windows overlook the beach, giving you a spectacular view of the sugary white sand, the grassy dunes, the East Pass, the Jetties and the Gulf...all in one glance! The balcony overlooks the beautiful pool on one side and the spectacular beach on the other. Walk out the front door and you are at the stairway to the beach! A three minute walk through the soft warm sand and your toes will be in the clear water that the Emerald Coast is famous for! No roads to cross! If you love snorkeling or fishing, some of the best around is right outside your door. From the front of the complex, the harbor is just across the street. You can't get any closer to paradise!! Holiday Isle also offers several miles of sidewalks for your morning walks.brbrAfter your day at the beach or one of the nearby activities, like the Big Kahuna Water Park or Gulfarium, relax and enjoy dinner prepared in your beautiful fully-equipped kitchen with its granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances or grill with your family on one the community gas grills. Eat dinner watching the colors of the sunset as the last of the sailboats and beachcombers call it a day.
