Also it is the largest single story home in the area and that works out great because our child is special needs and sometimes grandparents visit who love the single story feature. brbrAlso just recently in 2023 the following was installed:brbr-A brand new outdoor gazebo with outdoor kitchen and barbeque and bar area to seat up to 8 people in the backyard with an all weather outdoor television.br-New pavers in the backyard with a new fire pit, pool basketball court and outdoor ping pong tablebr-Brand new luxury outdoor polywood all weather outdoor furniturebr-An indoor movie theater with 110 inch screen in the living room area. Three separate screen doors lead out to the backyard.brbrThere are five separate queen and king bedrooms and one bunk bed room with four full beds. It sleeps 18 comfortably. We get a lot of questions about layout of the home so here it is:brbr1) On one side of the home are two queen bedrooms who both share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. br2) In the front of the house there is a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that has a shower.br3) On the other side of the home is a king master with ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and a separate shower.br4) In the other area of the home are two bedrooms, a bunk room that has two queen bunks (which is four queen beds), and a queen bedroom. These two bedrooms have a jack and jill bath with a tub/shower combo. These two bedrooms are good for teenagers, kids, or a family that will have kids in one room and adults in the other.
