Upon entering this newly renovated 8th floor beachfront beauty, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with built in bar seating for two, a dining area for 6 that joins the living room overlooking the Atlantic. The primary bedroom welcomes you with plush bedding and an en suite bath. Two additional bedrooms down a separate hallway overlook the Intercoastal and cityscape of Daytona Beach, sharing the second bath. During the installation of the new doors and windows, we took the time to fully revamp our beautiful place. All new paint, flooring, furniture and decor elevates your experience. brThe new balcony doors and windows are wonderful and leads out to the wrap around balcony, which extends from the living area to the master bedroom. And another balcony on the west side overlooking the Intercoastal. brOur beach is hardly ever crowded, which makes beach time so much more enjoyable.
