Beautiful views and location! Host was extremely accommodating and generous. The condo was very clean and a perfect location for any thing you wanted to get to.

Great location, beautiful building. Awesome condo. A little outdated, but it was so nice. Rooms were great size. Beds were comfortable, awesome view, all amenities were included. Couldn't be happier and I would definitely stay here again. Host was very friendly and responsive.

Very nice condo, absolutely everything we needed was there..Slept 8 of us comfortably..We look forward to returning next year after the construction is complete. Its going on 2 floors up and is very loud...Before 7am and after 4:30 its suoer quiet though, so thats a plus!!!Our host Sara was sweet!!!Bless y'alls condo and all who stays!!

The condo was amazing and offered everything we needed; we even cooked out with the grill outside. The beach and pool access was super easy to navigate. Overall it was just a peaceful place to stay and I highly recommend.

The location and poolAnd ocean views were amazing. We did get awaken at 8am to the construction that was happening for the balcony renovations so beware if you’re looking to sleep in. The Master bed was a medium firm feel, the master bathroom did have dirt and hair on the floor that I had to clean myself , the vacuum did spit back out what I tried to clean so I think someone should clean that out. The 2 main frying pans were really used up and scratched from metal utensils- These could be replaced as Teflon’s are not safe to eat off. In the kids bunk bed room , the sheets on full bed and lower bunk beds were dirty with hair and had a gritty substance feeling. The cleaning person needs to do a Thorough cleaning as there were a ton of things under the kids beds. I don’t like to complain but wanted to share so owner is aware. Sarah was really responsive when I had questions. We enjoyed our stay overall. FYI- the wifi is really lagging and pauses on and off when watching tv or kids wanted to play their video games. The Netflix app didn’t work in the master bedroom ( I wanted to catch up on my show a couple of nights).

This was a very good location for a non crowded and excellent beach condo experience. Will definitely recommend after construction though due to excessive noise inside the building. Other than that it was spacious and felt like home away from home.

The condo is a good size and provides excellent views. The pool is clean and warm. The showers were hot and the air conditioner worked great. Construction noise was louder than we anticipated but Sara fully disclosed that construction would be noisy. But a great rate and a great location

Property was absolutely amazing. I was apprehensive about the access to an 8th floor condo but this couldn't have been easier. The property was beautiful and comfortable. I would definitely book it again. There were great ideas for food etc there to give us ideas which were greatly appreciated.

Host was very helpful. Place is well equipped. The building is a in long-term renovation, so not everything was quite as pictured, but view and beach access are great.

Sarah was the best rental host I have ever had when traveling. The property was everything we wanted and more. Well stocked with essentials and even items that I forgot. Beautiful views and the unit truly felt like home while we were there. We will FOR SURE be returning renters to this unit.

Stay was shortened due to the hurricane, certainly not the owner’s fault. Wish the washer and dryer were in the condo. I did not realize they were not from the listing.

I can not say enough good things about condo and owner!! The owner was available to answer questions EVERY TIME I reach out !! The condo is exactly like the pictures!! I would recommend anyone looking at this to pick it!!! Thanks again for a great stay.

This trip is one that was long overdue for my family and I. All I can say is that the property exceeded our expectations. We knew that there was going to be some minor construction going on, but honestly it didn't bother us in the least. The property was right on the beach, it was super clean and the host couldn't have been more gracious From letting us check in early to giving us an extra hour at checkout, she couldn't have been a better host! If we go back to Dayton Beach, we will definitely be staying here again! I would give it 10 stars if possible!!

Very pleased with our overall stay. Comfortable, clean and excellent views. The price was reasonable. We were supplied with many amenities. Owner was easy to contact and got back to us immediately when contacted. Excellent place to stay.

Wonderful property!! We had 5 adults and 2 children. So much room we all felt so comfortable!! Sara was wonderful with communication. Would rent again 100%. Thank you Sara for sharing your property with us??
