The main floor has an open floor plan. As you enter from the covered porch into the living area it flows on into the dining and kitchen area. The living area has a 50” TV and wonderful views of the gulf. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area has seating for 8+. brThe master bedroom and bath are on the main floor with a king bed and 40 TV. The bedroom has an entrance from the covered porch with a view of the gulf and the canal. brUpstairs you will find 4 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each. There’s a bunk room for the kids with 2 twin over full bunks and an additional twin with twin trundle. Plenty of space for everyone and privacy for couples. brThe location is hard to beat. We are directly across the street from the beach with unobstructed views of the gulf. On the beach you will find a volleyball court, playground for the kids, several pavilions and bathrooms for your convenience. The back side of our home is directly across from the boat ramp which is very convenient for boat launching. You are welcome to bring your boat and there is plenty of parking for a trailer at our property. brThere is a covered porch on the front and a deck area on the side. This is the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise with your coffee or the breathtaking sunsets in the evening. brFor your convenience there is a cargo lift for getting luggage and groceries up and a concrete area underneath for parking or outside entertaining. brAll linens are provided, ample supply of towels, toilet tissue and paper towels.
