This spacious condominium has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and full kitchen with all the amenities. This is a very family friendly environment and all children are welcome!brbrThe master bedroom has a KING Size Bed and the other bedroom has a QUEEN size bed and a Full size (Double) bed. The Master Bathroom is large and it has a spacious shower with dual his and her sinks!!! There is cable TV in the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. We recently replaced all the sofas and chair in the living room with NEW custom built furniture including a deluxe lazy boy chair. We are constantly replacing the furniture so it is difficult to keep the photos updated. We like to put a picture on our listing of the living room with the ocean in the background so everyone can tell this is a direct oceanfront condo. It is diffcult to take this type of picture because of the difference in lighting so the furniture in some of the photos won't match because they are older photos. Therefore, going forward I am going to put a date on the photos so you can tell which ones are the most current. brbrFacilities available in the condominium complex include outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tube, and tennis court. There is lots of close-in private parking. There is a private walkway to the beach through the breezeway between the building!
