~~~Dynamic 6th Floor, Direct Ocean Front Condo in Cocoa Beach @ Sandcastles~~~

Best place I have ever stayed. It was immaculate. Spacious and plenty of space for our 5. Close walk to the beach and pool. Secure and safe. Uncrowded beach. You need to rent this place if you are going to cocoa beach. It’s amazing and they thought of everything. Toys, chairs, coolers, you name it, it’s there. Ty for such a great rental.

The beach front view and the beach was awesome! If the jet tub worked this place is a 5 but we did go there for the jet tub. The place was clean and beautiful. Well equipped. The area and most of all the beach is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back!

Great views clean unit needs new skillets and kitchen items, we really enjoyed our vacation. They did close the pool very early, 7:30 one day and they weren’t very nice about it. I was very disappointed.

All rooms were very clean.

We really liked the location of the condo and everything was as advertised, great view of space launches and views of the ocean

Nice oceanfront accommodation

Very nice condo on the 6th floor with balcony and master bedroom overlooking the beach. It was stocked with all necessities. Highly recommend the facility. Ron is a great communicator and met all our needs. Unfortunately we left a day early due to major storms heading towards Ohio and a large portion of the country. Booked an earlier flight due to significant flight cancellations pending.

If we would’ve had a good first night it would’ve been 5 stars. Upon arrival the place had not been cleaned. The owner was difficult to contact. When finally contacted he told us where to find clean sheets and where the cleaning supplies were located. Terrible!

My second stay in this vacation castle. It’s roomy, well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Excellent appliances, great climate control. Ocean view is awesome ! Beds are very comfortable, The living room TV is very good. The lighting in this condo rocks ! Super bright kitchen and bar area, closets well lit, tankless water heater for unlimited hot water as needed. The complex is well kept, the parking area is well lit. The beach access is secure with a locked gate. We can’t wait to return. Sandcastles is a favorite , and this unit is first on our list at Sandcastles !

This was perfect. The view is spectacular! You can see the launches from the deck. The kitchen was the most stocked kitchen I’ve seen for a condo. Everything was clean. There were instructions there for the TVs, which was much appreciated. The pool was refreshing and the residents were friendly. You won’t regret the stay!

Definitely satisfactory for the price. Some wear on the place, i.e. patio furniture, kitchen offerings, fixtures dated. Had some minor housekeeping issues- master bed sheets dirty and unmade. 2nd bathroom toilet not clean. Mirror in 2nd bath hung too low. Cleaner showed up twenty minutes early on check out and entered unit, left door ajar upon recognizing we were still there. All and all happy with stY, just some small items.

Check in was seemless. The place was very clean. The balcony provided beautiful views of the ocean and space coast. Great place to watch rocket launches.

Excellent view of the private beach from the balcony! Easy access with elevator. Loved the decor. Plenty of parking spaces. All rooms were great especially the master bedroom and bathroom. Nice size kitchen with plenty of essentials, dishes, pots and pans, etc. The washer and dryer was also nice to have to do laundry. Visited with family and there were extra beach chairs. Kids beach toys we were able to use when they visited. I will definitely stay there again.

The unit was wonderful and had everything we needed with extras!! Perfect place to stay!! Beach area wasn’t overcrowded! If we end up coming back to Cocoa Beach, we will for sure stay here again. Thank you so much!

We visit Cocoa Beach once a year and we enjoy staying at this location. This was our first time at this particular unit in Sandcastles, and it was well stocked, had a gorgeous view and the owner was extremely easy to deal with. We would definitely book it again.

We loved staying at this beautiful home that is right on the water overlooking the beach and gorgeous ocean. We even saw three different rocket launches from the apartment. Didn’t realize that something so incredible could be seen from where we stayed. Also our teenagers had a great time at the pool and we were in the water with them and the beach almost every day..The apartment had everything we could ask for and the host is so quick to respond to anything. We would definitely stay here again!

For the money we paid it was not worth it! The tv remote was not right. 4 days left and coffee pot broke. We were paying the money and was told to go buy a new one! The host was difficult to get a hold of, but were told we weren’t suppose to bother him and was supposed to call Vrbo . It was what it was is all I can say and glad to be home! Thank you!

Nice/clean and organized. I wld stay there again

Property was very clean and spacious for our family of 4. Access to the beach/pool was easy to navigate and had absolutely no issues. The location was near everything we needed ie grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommend for a clean and comfortable stay at the beach!

Amazing condo, very clean, decorated perfectly for the location, and is obviously well maintained. Owner was great. The view is fantastic. Centrally located. If you want to stay in cocoa beach. This is the place. We will absolutely book it again, and let friends know.

Last minute , my wife had to stay at home, but she urged me to come on down. This was our first booking of this unit, and I was well satisfied. The unit was very clean, and for a two bedroom, the beds were large. The master bedroom is king size, a queen and a double in the guest. TV in both bedrooms, and the living room. The kitchen is well equipped. But , if you want to do serious cooking, bring a couple of your favorite skillets and a large pot for a low country boil. The showers work well. The master bath has two vanities & mirrors. Getting the tv working is a little challenge, there are only two remotes needed for each. Read the notes from vrbo, all of them. Great unit, super location, we will do this unit again……NO CONDO IS PERFECT . This one is very close to perfect for our needs. This is about a clean as they get, nicely done, Ron ! Super communication through texts with host. This complex is very well kept, location is awesome, you can even see rocket launches and huge cruise ships off the balcony. Shrimp boats and dolphins sometimes as well. Restaurants and shopping stores are close.

This condo has everything you need for a great Space Coast vacation with beautiful art and comfortable accommodations.

The property was as advertised, clean, and perfect for the beach (tile floors). The bathrooms were a little dated but also very clean. We really appreciated the use of the beach chairs, beach towels and extra sheets for our two-week stay. The area was also very convenient.
