Could have stood some updating and a good thorough cleaning. Master bed ok but second bedroom mattress sunk in the middle. Pillows were terrible paper thin.

We loved our stay at Sandcastles! We are a large family and had plenty of space. We were able to make several meals, eat, play together all with a great view. On a rainy day, being stuck inside wasn't a problem at all. I highly recommend a stay here.

Such a beautiful condo, inside and out! Location overlooking the beach can’t be beat, and the condo itself was immaculate. With two teens and a young kiddo, we had plenty of space and everything we could have hoped for!

We had a fantastic stay at this Cocoa Beach condo! It was impeccably clean and offered so much to do. The pool was a blast, and the incredibly convenient beach access made enjoying the sand and surf effortless. Waking up to those breathtaking sunrises was truly the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend!

This was our first time to cocoa beach and it was nothing short of amazing. Checking in was beyond easy, communication was quick if I needed anything, the condo looked identical to pictures and to top it off it was truly oceanfront. I will forsure be booking again!

Simply a wonderful condo on a terrific beach. Communication with the property manager was seamless.Super view of the beach from the wrap around balcony, clean, spacious and well appointed living spaces. Essentials well stocked in kitchen. Beach chairs, towels, racquets, balls even a cooler supplied! Very convenient location with easy parking and spotless grounds. Enjoy!

My family and I had a beautiful stay at the Sandcastle condo. Keith was very accommodating and the condo is beautiful with a Mediterranean style decor... and an ocean view!

Such a beautiful place, 4 of us besties came for a little getaway and was just pleased with everything, the ocean front was a plus and our host was just so generous in every way! Would definitely come back here.

Great stay .. plenty of space and supplies

We live in Tampa but travel to Cocoa Beach when we can for the ocean. I have 2 teenage boys, they get bored quickly with our beaches (no waves) but love the surfing waves in Cocoa Beach. Condo is fantastic, highly recommend, we will return.

This was our second time staying in this unit. Great view of the beach and great location 2nd floor. Roomy and comfortable. We'll be returning again!

We stayed at this condo with family for our daughter’s softball tournament that was near by. The whole process for this condo was smooth. Instructions for everything were very easy to follow. The place was clean and had a great few of the ocean.

Property was perfectly suited for our family. The pictures didnt do the view justice as its an end unit right on the beach. We had a great stay!
