Stayed Nov 26, 2025Access to the building and room were easy. Very inviting home and clean. The beach equipment was great and in amazing condition-has four high end beach chairs, two large umbrellas, kid sand toys, toys for older kids and adults, beach bags, and coolers. Honestly had everything we needed. Great stay and plan on staying again when we go back down!

Stayed Jul 28, 2025We came into town for a softball tournament in Viera at the USSSA Space Coast Complex. We wanted to stay on the beach so we chose this condo. It was just perfect for our needs and the owner was VERY responsive to any requests or questions that I had. It is in a great location with access to a pool and the beach. The unit is very well stocked with everything you could need for a great vacation!

Stayed Aug 4, 2025Very nice. Everything that was needed for us was there (including beach chairs!). And we didn't have to by laundry or dishwasher detergent. Very convenient all around. And a nice pool for those days you don't want to swim in the ocean.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025This condo is super beachy cute on the inside. When we first arrived, we were skeptical, but once we got into the room, it was everything we expected. Very clean. Well kept. Beachy vibe throughout. The 6th floor was a little scary walking outside on the balcony to our room. I wasn’t expecting that for some reason. The pool was nice. Beach access was great.
