Access to the building and room were easy. Very inviting home and clean. The beach equipment was great and in amazing condition-has four high end beach chairs, two large umbrellas, kid sand toys, toys for older kids and adults, beach bags, and coolers. Honestly had everything we needed. Great stay and plan on staying again when we go back down!

We came into town for a softball tournament in Viera at the USSSA Space Coast Complex. We wanted to stay on the beach so we chose this condo. It was just perfect for our needs and the owner was VERY responsive to any requests or questions that I had. It is in a great location with access to a pool and the beach. The unit is very well stocked with everything you could need for a great vacation!

Very nice. Everything that was needed for us was there (including beach chairs!). And we didn't have to by laundry or dishwasher detergent. Very convenient all around. And a nice pool for those days you don't want to swim in the ocean.

We loved the condo and we were literally steps from the beach! We will definitely be back!

This condo is super beachy cute on the inside. When we first arrived, we were skeptical, but once we got into the room, it was everything we expected. Very clean. Well kept. Beachy vibe throughout. The 6th floor was a little scary walking outside on the balcony to our room. I wasn’t expecting that for some reason. The pool was nice. Beach access was great.

The property was amazing, had everything accessible for the beach pool etc. Check in/Check out process was a breeze! Keith was easy to talk to and always available if needed.We definitely plan on going back in the furture! Beautiful place to stay with friends, family anything!

The condo was a relaxing place to get away from it all. The location was perfect, quiet except for the wonderful sound of the ocean.

The accommodations were outstanding. We were very comfortable and stocked with all necessities. The jacuzzi was relaxing. Meals on the balcony were enjoyed with a side ocean view.

First time staying in a VRBO and could not be more satisfied! Keith communicated all the info we needed clearly and quickly and the unit had everything we needed. Just steps from the beach and close to soo many things. Had a great time! great stay and are looking forward

Property was just as described. Keith was amazing at communicating. Location was perfect for many activities. Pool and beach were awesome My grandson and i were able to see 2 launches. What a great place to stay. Super clean and has all the basics needed. Quiet and peaceful. Owners are very attentive and want to ensure a great stay. Right on the beach. It was a wonderful way to spend the last half of our vacation.

This was a wonderful place for my 2 adult, 3 kid family. Bathrooms: Clean, beautiful, vented. Both BRs = great. Bedroom for kids: 2 queen beds. Space for my 2 youngest to share, while the older got a bed to himself. Could have slept on the comfy couches in the living room or the blow up air matress. Master Bedroom suite: King-sized bed, door to close off the suite, lovely modern bath. Plenty of wardrobe and closet space. Kitchen: lovely granite tops, great stove, ice-maker in the freezer. Large pantry with a collection of essential spices. A keurig, a regular coffee maker, toaster & microwave, too. Plenty of dishes, pots, and pans: never needed for anything. Made most of our meals in the suite, and ate out on the lovely balcony. Balcony: good size, 2 tables - a tall and a normal height. normal sized seats four easily, five with some dedication. We had that dedication. Great side view of the ocean. Did my Bible reading in the morning out there, as did my wife: the breeze was lovely, and the sun does not shine directly in, at least in late May, early June. Living room: clean, bright, comfortable. Cable TV on this and the master bedroom; the kids BR has a smart TV and internet. 2 reclining couches, & a papasan. Inside dining table easily seats 6. 4 tall chairs for the counter. Short (5-min) walk to gated, lovely, clean beach. Close to everything: watched a night launch from the beach. Lots of restaurants & grocery stores near. Construction: not an issue. Rent this place!!

The property has one of the condo exceeded our expectations. We looked at a lot of VR Ovi’s that were smaller, but more expensive. This condo was huge view off the balcony, great location we went to Disney World, Universal Orlando and Kennedy space Center and the drive from the condo was just the right location for all the activities we did, and the location for Port Canaveral on the cruise ship terminal was excellent
