Sandcastles condo 614, great side ocean view and fantastic reviews

Love the Sandcastles property and we’ve stayed in a lot of the units. This one is well stocked, clean and quiet. Host was very communicative and check in was a breeze. Great location for checking out local places and love that it has an onsite heated pool and hot tub.

Condo was great, beach, pool, local restaurants. Coconut on the Beach, great. Dirty Birds is a new restaurant but awesome. Close to everything.

Absolutely amazing place to stay ! Book it , you won't be sorry ! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for time on the beach ! The view from the balcony was my favorite quiet spot.

Communication was great, the location is very easily accessible to beach and local restaurants. 10 minutes from the pier. I would stay here again for sure.

Place is perfect. Would definitely stay here again. 6 of us stayed, ages 17. Plenty of room for everyone.

We enjoyed our stay here. Condo is very convenient to any of the area activities. There is construction going on almost next door, but it’s well away from this side of the Sandcadtles complex, so it was never a noise issue. Condo has a good-size balcony on the side of the building and gives a good ocean view. Kitchen is larger than usually found in beach condos. It’s well appointed, other than I imagine it’s lost some silverware along the way. If you plan to do much cooking, you’d want to bring your own skillet as what’s there isn’t non-stick, and it sticks. (But even if it had non-stick, they’d be worn out and unsafe to use. That’s been our experience anyway.) Bathrooms were nice. It has a full-size washer and dryer in a small room, which was very useful. Only complaint we had was that the queen bed was awful in the bedroom with a queen and a double It had a large “hole” in the mattress on one side making it very uncomfortable to sleep in. That needs to be replaced. There is a good area for hosing yourselves and your beach items off when coming off the beach, as well as a place to shower off when entering pool. The pool and hot tub were very pleasant and were always clean. The beach in front of the condo was spectacular! Large and flat. Wonderful for long walks on the beach. Kevin was very helpful and made it clear he was available should we need anything. Fortunately, our stay went smoothly. I recommend his condo with stipulation that the queen mattress be replaced.

Condo was right on the beach and had everything we needed - Keith was great and answered any queries straight away - complex clean and well kept - some lovely restaurants and bars near by - thank you for a great time

Perfect escape weekend for the whole family, private, comfortable and felt like home. Super easy parking, walk to the beach, nice restaurants. Keith was available to answer any questions from start, during and end of visit. Highly recommend this accommodation, clean and has everything you need for a great stay.

This is a fantastic condo. It is steps from the beach and even fewer steps from the pool/hot tub. The condo is clean and is in good shape. I would definitely book it again. During my stay, there was one issue with the elevator. I called the condo owner. Even though he was out of state at the time, he immediately got ahold of the building maintenance person who quickly fixed the issue. Great service.

Nice condo right on the beach. Comfy beds and furniture. Great communication. It was our first trip to Cocoa Beach but won’t be the last. An evening liftoff at Cape Canaveral that we watched from Sandcastles’ beach was an unexpected and very cool bonus.

The room was clean and comfortable. The view was fantastic. Nice pool and very short walk to the beach. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance and the pier is a short drive away (about two miles).
