Because this villa is located in Central Florida, you also have the option of taking a day trip to Coco Beach (only 1 hour away) or Cape Canaveral to the east or head west to St Petes, Tampa (Busch Gardens), or Clearwater. brbrThe villa is four bedrooms and is located in Orange Tree just off Highway 27 in South Clermont. The backyard view is of the lake and conservation land with a private screened in Lanai/pool/spa area (Note: This means no bugs!!).
