Gorgeous south facing pool villa with stunning sunset views on gated community.

This was a beautiful home with a great pool and the master bed was very comfortable. The game room was very fun to use with our teens.

Nothing but good things to say, house was immaculate and in a great quiet neighborhood. Was great to get a little bit of distance from the tourist chaos traffic around Disney, we were able to zip out and find food options without getting stuck in terrible traffic. All in all a great experience, Mark was a great host! And the private pool was amazing!!!

The Villa was fabulous we stayed for 8 days only 2 Adults but well worth the money if a family of 8 stayed still plenty of roomThe kitchen is well equipped with a toaster/ large oven/ Dishwasher and air fryer which we used a lot The Gated complex uses an entry code when driving in and the front door a code so no need for keys The Host Mark was very helpfulYou definitely need to hire a CarPurchase data from the uk as the most important thing is you need Google map connected to Apple play on the car without this we would of never of found the Villa or the theme parksPurchase also a toll pass fromThe internet pick up after getting your car papers The only downside is the Villa is not near Restaurants so after all day at theme parks which are easy to drive too approx 20 minutes near in mind parking daily is 35 dollars but you can use as many parks a day for thatI recommend going to Aldis and Walmart

Very clean villa, had a great stay.

Overall, we had a great stay! The home is in a nice area, close to Disney, and spacious. We loved the pool and it was heated nicely. The hot tub however was not hot. We felt the home was overall was clean, but the carpets did show a lot of wear. The host was responsive and helpful.

This house was perfect for us, its in a quiet neighborhood, and we had a nice corner spot with a pond behind us. There were lots of birds and other wildlife. The house was very clean and the pool was fantastic, thought it did get a little warm when the sun was out all day. If we come back to Florida we would definitely stay here again.

Large spacious villa, with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Lovely corner plot with amazing views of the wildlife…saw gators, turtles & huge variety of birds. Kids loved the games room. Huge comfy bed in main bedroom, and so quiet at night, slept soooo well after busy days at the parks. So close to Disney & so many restaurants close by. Communication with host was excellent, before & during our holiday. Highly recommend

We just returned from a fantastic 2-week stay at this villa, and it’s hands down the best property we’ve stayed in during our many holidays to Orlando. Located in a peaceful, well-maintained gated community, it offered the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.The villa is an ideal base for visiting Disney and other attractions, and when we wanted a break from the parks, the private pool and sun-soaked patio area were perfect for relaxing. The outdoor space gets sunshine almost all day — a real bonus!There are plenty of amenities nearby, including a massive Walmart just minutes away, making it easy to stock up on groceries and essentials.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again — highly recommended!.

Our stay at High Grove was wonderful. House was clean and exactly as listed. Pool area was clean and pool area was nice and big. Great view too...would definitely stay again.

We had an enjoyable stay in your beautiful Villa. Everything was spotless, clean and fresh. Property was as described in the listing there were no surprises. The property had everything that you would need during a stay. This was my first time renting through Vrbo and I was quit nervous as I normally rent through a management company for safety reasons but this experience was better than expected and I will do again. Exceeded all my expectations. Host was excellent with communication and follow through. Thank you so much for a most enjoyable vacation and making my first rental experience through Vrbo a fantastic experience.
