The lanai, pool and waterfront have been restored to their previous splendor.brbrWe provide the most convenient location in Cape Coral, just one mile from the downtown restaurant district.brbrGuest access:brGuests have access to the entire house, except the garage, which is private space.brbrOther things to note:brAs part of our recent remodeling project we added an office space to the living room (see pictures) - we provide a desk, office chair, large high resolution monitors, a wireless keyboard/mouse, a printer/scanner and numerous cables that will bring your laptop to life. Our beautiful winter weather may tempt you to move the office operation poolside, which is fine with us.brbrThe entire waterfront and dock area is yours to use. For their safety, please do not allow children to play on the boat or boatlift.
