The driveway is large and has plenty of space for 2 vehicles as well as a boat/trailer. The inside of the property has tile throughout and has been furnished with comfortable options helping you fully relax during your stay! The modern kitchen has plenty of counter space for more than one chef and everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The all-new stainless-steel appliances make cooking a breeze. Dining in--- the dining room table has seating for 6 with additional seating around the bar area. The living room offers a large flat screen smart tv and a sectional sofa to watch your favorite shows or movies!brbrOff the back of the house, you have a screened-in lanai that offers additional seating to relax and enjoy a meal or your morning cup of coffee. This area does have a smart tv as well. The backyard is a tropical oasis with a large pool (The pool does not have a spa feature) encompassed by an even larger backyard! (The pool can be heated for an additional charge, inquire for more info) You also have an additional shower in the back as well to rinse off after a long day at the beach or on the boat. brbrTrying to figure out sleeping arrangements The house has 3 bedrooms located on the right side of the house and 1 on the left side of the house. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, smart tv, ensuite bathroom and a private exit to the backyard. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, smart Tv and bedroom 3 offers a twin bunk bed as well as a single twin and is located on the right side of the house.
