We had to get the pool all cleaned. We had to order a new pool unit and heater. We also had to do a small work in the garage area. However, everything is now fixed and even better and newer than before! We also have the Mold Clearance Report - which states that the house is in a good condition and there is no mold inside the house. Only one item is missing and that is the elevator. It was very hard to get somebody in the area to have a look at the elevator. We are trying to get it fixed as soon as possible however the company who is working on for us unable to give us a finishing date. To be honest, it can be done in a day or in a month. Our apologies about that situation.
