The home was beautiful! Location, pool, all the amenities were perfect! Minor cosmetic areas inside! Everything you could possibly need was available! The set up of home was perfect! Crissy was very quick and responsive to all questions! The wildlife was very unexpected, at the home iguanas, dolphins, manatees, a shark, and a small gator! Then at the ocean dolphins were swimming and jumping within 20 feet! We definitely would return to this beautiful oasis!!

We enjoyed the stay in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view. The responsive host had the house well stocked upon arrival. There were plenty of toys for use on the beach, in the channel or backyard. We would definitely return.

We had an awesome time. A beautiful property on quiet street. Walking distance to the beach and a short drive to downtown.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The house was perfect. Photos were accurate as were all descriptions and communication. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare fantastic meals, and there was ample space thoughout the main spaces for relaxing and socializing. The bedroom setup fit our group perfectly and all beds, linens, and bath towels were comfortable and high-quality. The outdoor amenities, however, were the real showstopper. The outdoor grill was massive and perfect for our group. The lanai was well-appointed and comfortable with a variety of seating. The pool was refreshing and perfectly sized. The included toys in the garage (standup paddleboards and kayaks) were used to cruise and enjoy the calm, secluded area of the intercoastal directly off the back of the property. There was also fishing gear which could use a refresh, and an ample supply of beach gear as well. All of us staying were very happy and impressed with quality of the property.

Crissy could not have been more accommodating. The house is amazing. Location is perfect. It allowed for a great family vacation. We see ourselves going back.

If you’re looking for the perfect stay… look no further. This property is so convenient for all ages. The ability to walk to the beach or relax in the awesome backyard/pool area while watching dolphins and other sea life is better than imagined. This house has all the beach gear a family needs as well. We will be back!!!!

Great property with tons of amenities included. Paddle boards were big hit with the fam. Great open space the flows to the outdoor space. Have stayed in quite a few VRBO's, this one is my family's favorite.

The home was well equipped with both “toys” for the water and appliances for the kitchen. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving. Just like many VRBO homes there are only streaming services which this home had a subscription to YouTube tv. Sometimes I just wish owners would just pay for cable. Not everyone uses the same platforms and then going to each tv to make sure we were logged in and then if somehow it was logged out I had to bug the property manager. Having cable gives an easy option and then if people want to put in their own streaming service they can.

I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals, none of them were this extravagant nor as beautiful! It’s beautifully done, it has a gorgeous view of the bay, perfect location! Loved it all every moment! We had several needs so the 5 bedrooms were perfect! The owner was super responsive and dealt with any questions quickly! So many amenities not listed! They thot of everything and supplied everything we needed! Even fresh fruit and snacks! ? Great pool and hot tub, everything you could want or need was in that garage! truly an amazing vacay and will be back! Thank you for everything!
