Beautiful home in a great location. Incredibly well stocked with serving and cooking dishes. Pool was warm and lovely. Rooftop deck had beautiful views and enjoyed both the hot tub and fire pit up there. We were there for Christmas and the owner had put out many Christmas decorations including a tree which really was unexpected and so appreciated.

The stay was pleasant. Although there were some minor issues initially, Rodney and Heidy promptly addressed them. The property is beautiful and conveniently located.

It was great stat the owners were responsive and pleasant to assist in any situation. The hot tub in the roof was a huge reason we chose the place but the screen broke . Not the owners fault the screen just broke but they had a pool guy there in seconds to fix it felt like. Meant a lot and the family had so much fun there from 1 to 67 we all had a blast . Youll regret not staying here

Wonderful home with lots of space and great amenities! The home is very close to the beach access and comes provided with everything you could possibly need! The beds were comfortable and plentiful, room for lots of people. Our family very much enjoyed all the levels and the rooftop was a special treat at Sunset :)The hosts were extremely helpful and attentive during our stay, when we had questions. The home has a few areas of needed repairs, but its minor and didn’t effect our stay whatsoever. The elevator can be complicated, but the hosts were happy to answer questions when needed and it’s quite the necessity with 5 levels. Use the rolling cart in the Kirchen when loading and unloading, VERY HELPFUL!! Lots of great places to eat, just a quick car ride away. The grocery store is less than 10 min and very helpful to have close by. Overall, we loved our stay and the kids had a blast! We had ages ranging from 3 to 13 years old and adults. Everyone loved it!

The property was amazing. It was as advertised. 13 of us celebrated my wife's 50th birthday & we had a blast. My apologies for 1 of my friends walking through the neighbor's yard across the street in a hurry to get to sunset on the beach. Other than that, it was a perfect weekend.

Clean, spacious and right across the road from the beach - very well equipped

Island Time is an excellent house for a group of people. The rooms are comfortable, and the kitchen is outstanding. The house is vertical, so someone with disabilities will need to use the elevator, which takes a little while to get used to.

College golf team had a great time at Island Time. Plenty of space and large gathering areas for family and team activities

Wonderfully clean and decorated home that is the perfect location steps away from the beach! Perfect home for extended family so everyone has own bedroom and bathroom plus multiple outdoor patios with comfortable furniture and outside dining to enjoy the ocean view from every level while relaxing with family! The rooftop chairs, hot tub and firepit were enjoyed every night to watch the sunset! All loved the pool and ground level hot tub too and the 20 plus chairs, 3 umbrellas, 20 beach towels, kids beach toys, and cart to take to beach was appreciated! The kitchen is amazingly well stocked with everything you need! The kids enjoyed the outdoor chess game and volleyball court. My 85 yr old mom appreciated the elevator too. We will be booking again for another family reunion!

Beautiful home. Perfect location. Has everything a family would want.

Overall, the house worked out very well for our group. There are bedrooms on 3 different floors which allowed us to have space apart when we wanted it. The main kitchen and dining table were large enough for all of us to gather together for meals. For the most part, the house supplies everything you could need. A few amenities that are highlighted in the listing were not in working order— main fireplace, a few ceiling fans, issues with/ difficulty operating the rooftop hot tub, so that was a little disappointing. There is definitely a learning curve to operating the elevator and pool/hot tub heaters, but they were nice to have around once we figured them out. Elevator got stuck once (thankfully no one was trapped in it) and hosts were helpful in diagnosing the problem (circuit breaker tripped.)

Quick trip with a family of 12. The place is great and we enjoyed it just like the first time.
