I would have given 5 stars but the dryer was broken during our 10 day stay and wasn't repaired. We didn't want to spend time at a laundromat while on vacation but didn't have a choice. The owner did refund 50 dollars to cover laundromat expenses.

Great house and great location! Pictures on listing make the house look larger than it is, but it still had plenty of space for our month long stay. We drive a Buick Enclave and could just squeeze it in the garage.Pool was great and our host was very communicative!

Our first time staying for any length of time in Florida, and it was great!! The house is a gem, filled with everything that makes a vacation a life long memory!!

Amenities provided were excellent! We didn’t need anything more to enjoy our stay. Host was extremely attentive to all our needs and very prompt to any questions we had.Would definitely recommend!!

This was our second time staying at Imperial Paradise. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. The house, location and amenities were perfect. A ton of space and beautiful pool and outdoor area. Gregg was the best host with excellent communication. We hope to come back again.

Imperial Paradise is a breathtaking property. The outdoor area made us feel like we were at a luxury resort.The interior was tastefully decorated. The house was immaculately clean. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Gregg made us feel welcome and was always available to answer any questions. We loved our stay. Thank you Gregg for sharing your home.

We had a great stay! The home is beautiful and well kept up. The pool was amazing and was sparkling clean. Great communication with the owners. The location was perfect - centrally located from great restaurants, shopping etc. and only minutes away from the Gulf. If available, we will definitely be coming back. Big THANK YOU to the owners!

Imperial Paradise is a beautifully furnished and fully equipped home that perfectly matched our need for a two-month escape from winter in the Midwest. We were able to host our adult children and their families including children, ages 6 months, 3, 4 and 7 years old. Excellent host to book with and nice house including great amenities to enjoy. Some updating in some areas wouldn’t hurt, but overall everything you need.
