Our home's attention to detail will never leave you wanting.brbrbrbrThe Space:brbrThe property has 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is next to a shared bathroom. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with two sinks and a spacious shower. The fourth room is a sunroom that has been converted into a bedroom. The property has a large living room, kitchen with dining area that can accommodate 8 people. The backyard has a patio with a table for 6 people and four sun loungers. The pool and the hot tub are controlled by an app. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL HEATER as we have no control over it once you touch it. There is an additional fee for heating the pool of $90/day. Please reach out to us if you'd like to have the pool heated. Our pool maintenance technician comes every Wednesday and Saturday to maintain the pool.brbrbrbrGuest Access:brbrGuests have access to the entire home. Please note that the Guest House next door is occupied with an entirely separate entrance.brbrbrbrThe Neighborhood:brbrThe home is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood in Venice. The closets grocery store is minutes away from the Home. Abbot Kinney Boulevard is a 6 minutes drive or a 30 min walk from the home. Venice Beach is a 8 minutes walk. LAX Airport is 20 minutes away from the home (by car).brbrbrbrGetting Around:brbrIt is very easy to get around from this location. It is very quick to get an Uber and a lot of attractions can be reached by bike or foot. The closets grocery store is a 9 minutes walk away from the property. There are also a lot of shops and restaurant within walking distance.brbrbrbrOther Things to Note:brbrGUEST COUNT: brbrPlease confirm that your reservation is for the correct # of people, as you may not have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement. Additional day guests are limited by local restrictions and must leave the property by 8pm. If the property is dog friendly, there is an additional $90 a day per dog, maximum of 2 dogs. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection.brbrbrbrHOUSEKEEPING:brbrbrbrThere is no daily maid service unless requested and paid off in advance. A cleaning house is provided upon arrival. Fresh linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. Lost, stained or damaged towels and/or bed linens will be deducted from your security deposit.
