Our home's attention to detail will never leave you wanting.brbrbrbrThe Space:brbrThe property has 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is next to a shared bathroom. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with two sinks and a spacious shower. The fourth room is a sunroom that has been converted into a bedroom. The property has a large living room, kitchen with dining area that can accommodate 8 people. The backyard has a patio with a table for 6 people and four sun loungers. The pool and the hot tub are controlled by an app. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL HEATER as we have no control over it once you touch it. There is an additional fee for heating the pool of $90/day. Please reach out to us if you'd like to have the pool heated. Our pool maintenance technician comes every Wednesday and Saturday to maintain the pool.brbrbrbrGuest Access:brbrGuests have access to the entire home. Please note that the Guest House next door is occupied with an entirely separate entrance.brbrbrbrThe Neighborhood:brbrThe home is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood in Venice. The closets grocery store is minutes away from the Home. Abbot Kinney Boulevard is a 6 minutes drive or a 30 min walk from the home. Venice Beach is a 8 minutes walk. LAX Airport is 20 minutes away from the home (by car).brbrbrbrGetting Around:brbrIt is very easy to get around from this location. It is very quick to get an Uber and a lot of attractions can be reached by bike or foot. The closets grocery store is a 9 minutes walk away from the property. There are also a lot of shops and restaurant within walking distance.brbrbrbrOther Things to Note:brbrGUEST COUNT: brbrPlease confirm that your reservation is for the correct # of people, as you may not have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement. Additional day guests are limited by local restrictions and must leave the property by 8pm. If you need to update this number, just let us know!brbrbrbrDOGS: brbrNo pets are allowed without prior written consent. If the property is dog friendly, there is an additional $90 a day per dog, maximum of 2 dogs. Please note we do not allow cats or any other pets in our homes. Unless the backyard space is fully fenced, dogs need to stay on leash at all times. Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and do not throw them on the plants or down the glass fence to the yard.brbrbrbrGARBAGE DISPOSAL: brbrThe trash is picked up every Tuesday. Our handyman comes every Monday to take out the trash cans and brings them back in Tuesday afternoon.brbrbrbrHAZARDOUS PRACTICES:brbrbrbrCandle burning is not permitted inside the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection.brbrbrbrHOUSEKEEPING:brbrbrbrThere is no daily maid service unless requested and paid off in advance. A cleaning house is provided upon arrival. Fresh linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. Lost, stained or damaged towels and/or bed linens will be deducted from your security deposit. An initial setup of toilet paper, soap and shampoo is also provided but please note that we don’t replenish these items unless. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. There is a $$$ fee if you require additional maid service during your stay (Please contact us to inquire about this service). You will be charged a $75/hr rate for any period of time the cleaning company has to wait past 11am. If the cleaning company is unable to clean the property in a timely manner and for that reason the upcoming guest were to cancel or we had to provide any type of compensation to the new guest, you will be charged for the loss of rental income from a canceled reservation or for the credit provided to the guest.

All hotspots of Venice are at walking distance: boardwalk, canals, Main St... It's easy and free to park on the street. Santa Monica Pier is a short drive away. All surfaces are professionally cleaned and disinfected.brbrCharming beach house, clean and perfectly furnished. There is only one floor, so it's easy to access. There are a few steps to reach the entrance from the street.brbrThe unit is 600 square feet and has a laminate flooring. It has one bedroom with a queen-size bed which sleeps two people comfortably. In the living room, a sofa pulls out to convert to a queen-sized bed. The kitchen separates the living room and the bedroom, there is a separation door between the kitchen and the bedroom.brbrOne bathroom with a shower and a tub, shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped (four burners stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery for four people, cooking utensils). brbrIn the bedroom closet, you will find an iron, an ironing board and two space heaters. A drying rack and bike pump are available in the den's closet. The den (little room in the back of the house) has a desk and chair. Beach towels are provided.brbrIf you have a car, you can park it on the street 7pm-8am and 10am-3pm (do not overstay or you will be towed) or in the paid lot at the end of Breeze Ct on the beach ($10/day). You can also park for free on the small streets between Pacific Ave and Abbot Kinney Blvd.brbrThe check-in procedure is automated so you don't have to worry about late arrivals or having to wait for us at the property. Just let us know your time of arrival and departure prior (check-in starts at 3pm and check-out is at 11am). We accommodate early check-ins at 1:30pm and late check-outs at 12:30pm for a fee of $50 each. You will pay us the extra fee directly after booking. brbrWe charge $10 per pet per night. Please let us know how many pets you're bringing. The pet fee is included in the price if you're adding your pets when booking. According to Vrbo guidelines, a camera on the porch films everyone's comings and goings.brbrThere is no AC outside of summer (November-May). We install an AC unit in the living room window when needed (June-October), which is quite unusual for Venice. Indeed, there is always a nice breeze as we are so close to the ocean. We also provide two portable fans. Please, turn off the AC and fans when you step out.
