One parking spot included.brbrThis multi-level condo sits on a quiet residential street in Marina del Rey, a two-minute walk from the sand and four blocks back from the activity on Washington Blvd.brbrThe entry level holds the kitchen, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped for everyday cooking.brbrUp a half flight, the living room opens up with a fireplace (non-functional), Frame TV, and L-shaped sectional. A balcony off this level lets you open the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze. A window AC unit keeps the home comfortable during the warmer months.brbrAnother half flight up is the primary bedroom with a king bed, an attached bathroom, and closet. The room is modest in size but well suited for beach living.brbrAt the top of the home is a private rooftop deck furnished with a couch and coffee table. If you are an explorer, we recommend a car.brbrThat said, this neighborhood is one of the more walkable and bikeable areas in LA. The beach, restaurants, and local shops are all within a short walk.
