It offers a well stocked kitchenette with brand new appliances, luxurious modern furnishings, ductless AC/heater, 55 smart TV with spectrum TV services, fast mesh network WiFi (~450Mbps), comfortable memory foam queen bed, etc. Keep in mind, the guest house was built in the 50s, so we have updated all electrical, plumbing, floor, ceiling, windows, fixtures, laundry room (separate entrance), etc. However, we still have the original shower stall, door and the original wood paneling to compliment the old farmhouse feels. brbrThe house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay. Laundry access is only available for guests who stayed for longer than a week, booked multiple stays the regular basis.brbrYou will be able to self check-in with smart lock, but please confirm your reservation and checkin instruction and ask any question beforehand, especially when you plan to checkin really late - we might be at sleep.brbrAn unique virtual key will be generated automatically for the duration of your stay.
