The living room comes with a SmartTV and a basket of games for an evening full of fun. brbrInside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! It also comes with a new Keurig coffee machine.brbrWhile in the backyard, you can lounge in the hammocks, sit by the fire, enjoy a nice dinner under the beautiful stars of Joshua Tree or relax for the evening in our hot tub. A cozy wood burning stove is located in the open living room/dining room, but our home also has heat and air conditioning to insure your stay is most comfortable year round. In the living room you will find a couch that folds out to accommodate 2, wifi, tv, dvd player, and movies. It also has all new and top of the line Mitsubishi mini split AC/ heating, Haier stainless steel refrigerator, stove and microwave and a brand new tankless water heater. The large glass panel doors open completely, bringing almost 9 acres to play, work, create or simply relax by the fire pit directly to your doorstep. The outdoor area has ample seating areas, a new propane BBQ and prep space as well as one of the coolest ping pong tables around. Have a drink and soak up the sun in the cowboy tubs - there’s 2 6’ tubs so there’s plenty of room for everyone. Soak up the moonlight next to the propane fire pit, super easy to shut on and off. The first bathroom is the shower and tub - which is located in the master bedroom. The second bathroom has the toilet and the sink. Because of this layout it means that the whole house will need to access the master bedroom to use the shower and the whole house will access the hall bathroom that has the toilet and sink.brbr• STAR GAZINGbrFor viewing of the night sky, it is best to keep all lighting to a minimum. This includes lighting inside the house that can bleed out the night sky. Moonless nights are of course the best.brbr• PETSbrWe loves pets but only dogs are allowed. There is a 2 dog max and a one time $35 pet fee per dog.brbr• WIFIbrDesert WIFI can be a little spotty and it may go in and out at times. Cell service works great and there hasn't been any issues with guests and having service. Please use this time to disconnect, relax and enjoy your time in the desert.brbr• FIREbrDue to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave.brbr• GUESTSbrYou are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.brbr• IDENTITY VERIFICATIONbrYou will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key.
