If there’s any minor cleaning mishap, you agree to give us a reasonable time to solve the issue.brbr• Is smoking allowed No smoking inside, only OUTSIDE the home and further away from the neighbors — please close all doors/windows and collect smoking residues/cigarette butts to prevent the smell from getting into the homebrbr• Security devices brOne security camera: Front door only. Record the activities of the pathway from the driveway to the front door 24/7 to protect the guests and the homebrbrOne noise decibel monitor: Outside the house. The Minute device only measures the noise level 24/7 to prevent prolonged noise. It doesn't record any audio.brbr• If I book the entire home for 1 person, can I bring as many people as I want br brNo. You must book with the correct guest count, including visitors counted as half a guest each, to ensure everyone is authorized.brbr• Please add the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests), and pets.
